FastLink Communications Remote Support

FastLink Communications uses UltraVNC's Single Click application to provide remote PC support.  You must have a working high-speed connection to the internet for this to work.  Simply download the FastLink Support Executable to your Desktop and run it.  Before attempting to establish a connection however, you need to have scheduled a time with us so that we are available to answer the incoming connection.  Once the connection is established, we will be able to see and control your computer remotely in order to assist you.

Please Note:

The UltraVNC Single Click executable is for Windows only, however, we have other options for Linux and Mac OS users.  This service is fairly new, but we will post more information here shortly.  In the meantime, if you run Linux (for example, Ubuntu) or Mac OS X, please contact us for help.
