To perform a speed test, we ask that you do the following:
- Disconnect all other devices from the wireless router (this includes TV's, cell phones, smart home devices, etc.)
- If possible, plug your device directly into the router
- If using a mobile device to perform the speed test, please move as close to the router as possible
- Open your browser to www.wifiman.com
Please repeat these steps 3 times and if the average of the three still seems low, please submit a support ticket.
