My Speed Seems Slow

To perform a speed test, we ask that you do the following:


  1. Disconnect all other devices from the wireless router (this includes TV's, cell phones, smart home devices, etc.)
  2. If possible, plug your device directly into the router
  3. If using a mobile device to perform the speed test, please move as close to the router as possible
  4. Open your browser to 

Please repeat these steps 3 times and if the average of the three still seems low, please submit a support ticket.
